This training will focus on how to create reports using all the EduReports options. Financial and Payroll transactions are reportable in EduReports. You will learn how to perform inquiries to display reports to the screen, create a report in .pdf format, create charts, and download a report to Excel. Attendance at all four full-day sessions is required to receive a Certificate of Authorization as a Project INSPIRE presenter.

In this 4-day Certification Training series, participants will become familiar with the 12 parent involvement workshops that are available through Project INSPIRE. These 12 workshops assist families, educators, and service providers in building partnerships that would support children to succeed in school. During these 4 days, participants will practice the delivery of a select number of the 12 workshops and will also have the opportunity to plan for implementation of the parent trainings in their individual communities.

After this training series, participants will:
  • Understand the Project INSPIRE conceptual framework
  • Demonstrate key facilitation strategies
  • Be familiar with the content of the twelve parent involvement workshops
  • Earn a Certificate of Authorization as a Project INSPIRE presenter
Cost:
$550 per person for San Mateo County participants
$650 per person for NON San Mateo County participants

Language:
This training series will be delivered primarily in English. However, training materials are also included in Spanish, Chinese and Russian for authorized presenters who are able to deliver the workshops in these languages.

Note:
Because Project INSPIRE is funded through a federal grant, the district or organization will need to sign an MOU with ACOE committing to compliance with grant reporting requirements, which include submitting schedule of workshops, attendance sheets and participant evaluations for each Project INSPIRE workshop delivered. MOU forms will be distributed at the first training session on September 13.
